Relationships are the source of our greatest joy, and can also be a source of great pain. I help couples, children, and families develop more intimate connections with those whom they love and care about most deeply. I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma.
I believe in the human potential for growth and feel honored to have been part of the process for many clients over the years. I enjoy working with people of all ages from very young children to adults. I use a variety of approaches, including play therapy for young children and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy for couples. I am also trained in EMDR and with the treatment of trauma and dissociative disorders.
